The new company’s goals are to be a dominant leader in its served markets and to bring back an era when service and trusting relationships were prevalent in market leaders.
The energy efficient market is not new to the management of the EXCEED family of products. The same experienced management personnel that have been selling and servicing in this market segment, with the same proven line of high bays, garage fixtures and turn-key application engineering and sales service, continues to delight customers and users in this important and growing market.
New owners and personnel are joining the winning team of the past to introduce a new complete line of project-oriented products to serve this vital segment of the lighting market. The project business, so vital to buyers and sellers in a myriad of lighting applications, will now be served with a complete line of project products and services in a manner harkening back to when service was king but expected in lighting. Some of inSync’s new personnel were developers and key players of the past great service model. The new combined years of service from the new team exceeds 100 years.
The new amalgam of players and products deserve a brand new name and market strategy. So it is that inSync Lighting and the inSync Manufacturing brand is established. The new owners are the Quality Concepts Group which has a stable of over 20 companies successfully serving differing markets.
